This unpacker adopted the frequency conversion mechanism electrical machine, it can unpacker to empty by reduce box drive the double-four bar mechanism. So it have advantage of  high efficiency, the movement stably, low noise and the operation simplify, easy to maintenance and so on. The machine adopted PC programming to control, which have safety device, the technical advanced, the reliable movement.

Reliable performance: The gripping and releasing of bottles realized through inflation and deflation of gripping heads. With mechanical movement, pneumatic and electric control, the bottles can be lifted out from the cases precisely and reliably.

Smooth running: The encaser is driven by motor with braking. The unique twin arm four-linkage mechanism ensures the accurate and smooth ascending and descending of bottles.

High efficiency: The operation cycle features slow and smooth starting and stopping, while the movement in between is quite quickly, which shortens operating time and enhance the production efficiency.
